Currency Exchange

· Location: Hotel Reception (next to the Visitor Centre)

· Only foreign currency to Chinese Yuan (RMB) is permitted

· RMB cannot be exchanged back into foreign currency

· Accepted currencies (13 types):

USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, CAD, HKD, AUD, MOP, KRW, CHF, SGD, THB, and TWD

· Requirements: Valid identification (e.g., passport, Hong Kong/Macau permit)

· Exchange Limit: One transaction per person per day, with a maximum of 10,000 RMB

Parking

The scenic area offers a free parking lot with a capacity of over 1,200 vehicles.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

EV charging stations are available in designated areas within the parking lot.

· Small Suitcase (22 inch & below): 5 RMB/one

· Large Suitcase (Above 22 inch): 10 RMB/one

· Bags & Other ltems:5 RMB/one
Please Note:
· A lost storage wristband incurs a 5 RMB replacement fee.
· Valuables, opened food, and hazardous materials are not accepted for storage.

· Emergency Sewing Kits, Reading Glasses, Magnifying Glasses: Foron-site use only

· Item Lending Service:

   Visitors may borrow strollers, wheelchairs, umbrellas, hearing aids, trekking poles, and guide canes free of charge. A refundable deposit is required (items must be returned in good condition).

· Accessible Restrooms are available at the Visitor Center and main attractions

· Free Wheelchair Rental at the Visitor Center (valid ID required; limited availability)

· Priority Shuttle Access: Visitors with disabilities may receive priority boarding and alighting—please inform staff in advance

Pet Policy

· Only small and medium-sized dogs (shoulder height ≤ 35 cm) and cats are allowed

· Pets must beleashed and muzzled at all times

· Vaccination Certificate and Pet Identification are required

Medical Services

· A First Aid Station is located at the Visitor Center (for minor issues such as heatstroke or abrasions)

· Nearest Hospital: Jiangwan Central Health Center (approx.13 km from the scenic area)

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly forbidden within the scenic area:

· Flammable or explosive items: Lighters, matches, fireworks, etc.

· Hazardous chemicals: Alcohol, gasoline, aerosol sprays, etc.
