The Upside Down House in Huangling is a traditional folk entertainment building that offers a captivating sensory experience, bringing joy and contemplation through its visually “subversive” design. On the first floor, visitors can explore dǎo house, where the house is tilted 90 degrees, creating a unique perspective where the top and bottom become left and right, as if the house is lying flat. Additionally, the first floor features slanted rooms that add to the intriguing experience. On the second floor, visitors can encounter dào house, a fully upside-down house with a 180-degree rotation, along with an intriguing invisible platform.
